Contract Land Staff, LLC (“CLS”) represents Cimarron Link in conducting landowner outreach and easement negotiations for the Cimarron Link transmission project. Working for over two years, CLS representatives will continue to seek routing input from landowners, and ultimately discuss an easement agreement, which is typical in linear infrastructure like electric lines and pipelines. Cimarron Link’s starting compensation offer includes a base payment that is a premium over the Market Value of the acreage in easement, a payment for each transmission structure located on a parcel, a legal reimbursement fee, and a survey access payment. Cimarron Link also offers additional agricultural impact compensation to reimburse landowners for any impacts on their agricultural activities.
